When is the best time to book a flight to Honolulu, Hawaii?
I want to fly out Apr. 23, 2009. I have the $$ available and checked the website for prices, $563 includes tax. Should I wait it out a little longer or buy now? My friend who is traveling with me suggests that we wait to purchase two weeks prior to departure, but I don't know? Any suggestions?

Buy now because it is still whale season and prices are not going down for a while, right after whale season all the airfares will steadily increase because summer is right around the corner. I signed up for expedia's travel alerts and added Honolulu as one of my destinations, it send me deals every week and every once in a while there is a deal that is unbeatable. 563 is actually a decent price.
