Booking domestic flight from abroad

Booking domestic flight from abroad?
Hi everbody, does anyone know if i can take a reservation through priceline.com from germany? I can't get any informations from them. I need a domestic flight from Honolulu to Kauai and back. Or does anyone have a another suggestion? I have also tried it via Hawaiian Airlines but they don't take reservations from germany. If I would book it here it would be much more expensive. Thank you very much for your help!

I think with flights, you have to be in the country the trip originates from. I have tried something like what you're asking before and was told no. Not sure if it's airline policy or international regulations.

I do it all the time and there is absolutely no need to be in the country to book that flight. True, there are sometimes credit card issues if you book with the airline itself. But most of the major travel agent websites will overcome this - but charge you a handling fee. Expedia (.co.uk) will sell me a flight like you want for £218.50. This is on Hawaiian Airlines, but they operate codeshares with Northwest Airlines. Try booking via Northwest Airlines' website and see if you can get it that way.
