Just figure out what time it would be in Houston at 7:08am Honolulu time and subtract 1:30pm from that. I think the time difference is four hours. So you would be getting there at 3:08am Houston time the next day. 14 hours.

First you calculate the time from 1:30 pm to midnight, then add the time from midnight to 7:08 am. Then assuming both times are local times you calculate the number of hours difference from the time zones and adjust.
