how can I control my freak outs on planes

how can I control my freak outs on planes?
I will be 32 weeks pregnant when I travel for the last time. It's a straight through flight from honolulu to dallas.. I get very paranoid about airplanes and have managed to start giving myself anxiety attacks! The last time I traveled from Honolulu to Dallas it was miserable and I wasn't pregnant.. any tips on what I can do? I have a hard time breathing on planes and am now having anxiety attacks about not being able to breath.. which is causing me not to be able to sleep or eat..

Take a moment to calm down and remember that flying in the plane from Honolulu to Dallas is less dangerous than driving your car to the airport before the flight. I would suggest taking a sleeping pill, but that is probably not a good idea when you're pregnant. I'd also try meditation and/or listening to soothing music. You can also bring one of those foam balls to squeeze if you get tense.
