Pearl Harbor is Free. Dining, All depends on what type of dining you are talking about, there is anything from McDonalds to 5 Star restaurants...when my teenagers, ages 13, 15 and 18 and I are in Waikiki/Honolulu (we just got back last week from spending the summer on Kauai then Oahu) our typical restaurants are Dukes in Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach (my favorite), The Shorebird in the Outrigger Reef and Jimmy Buffets Beachcomber..meals at these restaurants run between $15-$30.00, The Cheesecake Factory on Kalakaua Ave. around $9-20.00 Entree's. Teens love these places, at least mine do. Shopping can be cheap (ABC Stores, Whalers General Store, International Marketplace), she can pick up souvenirs at a reasonable price. Then there is Kalakaua Avenue which is now known as the "Rodeo Drive" of the Islands...high end stores such as Coach, Louis Vuiton, Chanel, White House, Black Market, Juicy Coutoure etc...there are also some middle of the road stores such as Honolua, Crazy Chic and many Boutiques inside the Hotels...Basically something for everyone, keep in mind everything is expensive in Hawaii...Aloha and I'm sure your daughter will have a great time!

It's A little exspensive, but for her graduation, it would realy be nice to take her to the Pacific Beach Hotel for their fancy dinner bufet. You sit next to a large indoor ocean tank filled with large fish, stingray, tropical fish, and if you make your reservation the day before for about 25 dollars extra they will make a sign for you such as (Aloha or congradulation Name) and it will be displayed from inside the ocean tank by the diver when they dive in to feed the fish at about 6:15-6:30pm while you are eating. Make your your reservation the day before to request a sign for your daughter. They will seat you close to the ocean tank. Your reservation should be around 6-6:15pm . See the link below to make up your mind. Bring your camera.
