Is a flight from Honolulu to Los Angeles LAX classed as domestic or international? Hmmmm?

I'm not treating hawaii any different, its just with it being over 2000 miles into the pacific i thought it may be classed as international, and I'm arranging a shuttle from LA and they need to know weather its domestic or int. thanks again

depends why you ask.... but its not a part in some categories.... some refer to as domestic as continental us (excluding hawii and alaska).... but it depends on why you ask
