Christian airline passengers: Have you ever seen anything sinister in the sky during a flight?
I've often wondered if any airline passengers of faith have seen strange or sinister objects in the sky. Last August, on a Honolulu to Papatee (Tahiti) flight, I was peering mindlessly out of the windscreen into the moonlit night sky when something strange caught my eye. Borrowing First Navigation Officer T. Nolte's binoculars, I proceeded to carefully and methodically scan the horizon line. After a moment or two, a tiny, bright orange dot flared up and then quickly faded into a darkening mass. I focused in on the object and to my utter horror and dismay saw what appeared to be a large, dark animal (demonic?) cruising (flying?) just above a Cirrus cloud layer about 2 miles out. In quiet desperation I then closed my eyes and said a prayer to God, and ordered this entity to be gone from my sight. When I opened my eyes, all I saw was the placid night sky, resplendent with a scattering of stars and an ivory colored waxing gibbous moon. The entity was nowhere to be seen and had obviously been thwarted by the power of my prayer to Almighty God. Have any Christian passengers (or pilots) here ever seen anything similar? Skepsis, no, we were at 35,000 feet, not 20,000. And this was in 2008, not 1963. And this is real, not some TV show nobody ever heard of. God Bless- Captain Art Griego

there is no need to be in the plane to see things in the sky. all you have to do is look up in the sky. if there is something there, you will see it ( it doesn't mean anyone else will be able to see what you see)

No, but if you are every in a lightining storm while flighing, its AWESOME. But very dangerous as well.

Demons and evil spirits will take on many appearances. You don't have to be in a plane to see one. You obviously have some discernment or you wouldn't have been able to see it but then again, the Lord might have let you see it to get your attention or warn you about something, don't know.
