For a roundtrip from Boston Logan airport to Honolulu, how many flights would i have to switch onto?
im going to try and see if i can book a trip in late june early july to see my boyfriend and i am nervous because i MIGHT be flying by myself and it is my first time, so i want to get every detail that i can get step by step haha

There are no direct flights, but there should be multiple options for changing planes just once. Different airlines have different hubs, but you would typically fly from Boston to the hub & then from the hub to Honolulu. With United, you fly through Chicago. You can often bring the cost of the flight down by choosing an itinerary that takes you through multiple plane changes, if you don't mind the added travel time.
