Hows the flight???
How is the flight from Detroit to Honolulu, is it bearable??

Well...it depends, I took a non-stop from Chicago to Honolulu. The flight was ok but it was annoying that I had a family with several children sitting behind me and the kids kept kicking my seat almost the whole time. The Parents just sat there la la la no big deal to them. I finally turned around and started playing and talking with the children to get them to settle down. I should have told the parents to pay for my tickets since I was the one entertaining THEIR children lol.

Never flew to Hawaii, but did fly to Turkey. I can commiserate with the previous poster who was troubled by small children. On this flight to Turkey, the woman behind me had a small baby with a poopy diaper . . . and she didn't change him at all during that 14 hour flight! Fortunately, she changed planes in Vienna!
